Sul Sul - Round 3.3

 Davison Household

With Chester hitting level 4 sims are now able to move out, build new homes, upgrade their homes, community lots can be built and most importantly TOWNIES.

And that is exactly what happen. The minute Colin and Briella were able to move out they did leaving Janay by herself in a house she could barely afford. She hadn't got paid yet for all the books she had published and she didn't have much money to her name. Not only did she lose her childhood friend but she might also end up homeless.

And when one is depressed about the outcome of their life where else do they go but to the newly opened bar. A nice glass of wine and company keep Janay out of her thoughts but when her ex best friend and his wife walk into the bar Janay makes a swift exit.

The door opens behind her and Jan squeezes her eyes shut hoping its not who she thinks.
"Hey.. Are you alright?" The voice was cheery, smooth..
"Oh. You are not who I was expecting!" The lady giggled. For two strangers they spent an uncomfortable amount of time in the bathroom. Janay told this stranger all of her problems and the awkward encounter she just had.

Thankfully Shanaya was miss life of the party and was thinking of making the move to Sul Sul. Janay couldn't be happier as she needed a roommate anyway.

Before too long Jan's mind was not on the elephant in the room but her new found friend. She was forever grateful.

Janay was happy to say that despite whatever was going on between Bri and herself, it did not affect the way the people in the town saw her and she had a very good conversation with Briella's younger brother Dale.

After all night of drinking, dancing, laughing, and talking.. the two ladies determine they are besties!

Shanaya quickly realized she should probably head to her new home when she was to drunk to see the pretty lady next to her.

After a good nights sleep and a shower, Janay and Shanaya head to the small hotel at the edge of town to get her things. This house was nice and Shanaya understood why Jan was nervous about being able to afford it. Shanaya only hoped she could afford it!

The room she moved into still had some of Janay's old roommates things but that could always be set in storage. For now Shanaya just wanted to relax.

Gon was probably the most friendly man in the world and he always made it a habit to check on everyone that lived in his small and upcoming town. Plus he was excited to meet the newcomer. It had been a long 3 years thus far and new faces were always welcomed.

Dale also stopped by to visit Janay but instead he ran into her new roommate and was instantly smitten.

The two spent a large amount of time together that night and Dale even got a kiss goodnight.

Too bad that kiss turned into something else and he never ended up leaving.

Bright and early Bri came over to get some of the things her and Colin had left only to see her baby brother and this new lady in her bed.
"Uh Dale.. Who is this?"
"Hi I'm Shanaya. I just moved in! I haven't touched any of you or your husbands things."
"Oh.. uhm alright. You must be the new inhabitant of Sul Sul. Welcome, I am Briella. My dad is Chester the guy that makes all the houses and this is MY brother Dale..."
"Oh cool! Well this house is beautiful. Thank him for me and I am well versed in Dale. Thank you."
"Yeah I bet.. Will do. Anyway, Dale help me load this stuff will ya."

Bri gave Shanaya dirty looks all afternoon while she loaded her things. The only thing that wouldn't fit was the crib but something told Briella to leave it here at the house. Shanaya was going to need it.

Janay trying to fill the loneliness she had been feeling every since she lost her best friend invited over a dear friend of hers, Kaleb. One thing lead to another...

Shanaya wasn't able to get much sleep, not with all the activity going on so instead she made some grilled cheese. Her favorite thing to eat.

Janay came stumbling out of her room shortly after and the two girls start on a fit of laughter.
"So I met Briella.. She is.. interesting."
"Yeah. Thats one word for it."
"Uptight is the better word but I am trying to be nice."

The rest of the day, at least for Janay, went by uneventful.

Shanaya on the other hand was presented with a choice that shocked her. Never in a million years would she have guessed the soft spoken knitter was actually a crime boss. She went back and forth with the possibility in her mind for a while before she decided to accept his offer. It was a source of income after all.

Dale stopped by to check on Shanaya and make sure this was something she was ready to commit too. She agreed that she was ready and he accepted that answer. He told her where to meet him that night.

But shortly after he left Shanaya got the shock of her life. She was expecting.
Well isn't this something.

Not knowing what to do Shanaya talks with Janay about it.
"I mean, can you get out of it? I doubt he will kill you now or something since you are the mother of his baby."
"That is a good point but I don't know him that well apparently!"
"Apparently."

Shanaya wasn't the only one who was expecting though. Her little one night stand had caught up to her though she wasn't sure if she was going to tell Kaleb at all. Only because he didn't have anything going for him and she would be damned if she was going to take care of him AND a brand new baby.

Janay sends out another book hoping to receive a check in the mail soon. Bills would be due before she knew it and right now they simply couldn't afford it.

Thankfully she didn't have to wait long for that check to come. Her books were selling just fine.

Janay was way happy about the 1k+ of money that hit her account as well as the note that every friday she would get paid.

Shanaya did find a way out though it could be a bit dangerous. She ends up losing her job but Dale didn't seem that upset about it.

But it could have been because she was obviously showing at the time of her arrest.
